Taylor was born and raised in Grand Ledge, MI. She started her dental career with our office in 2005. After graduation, she ventured off to a career in nursing. Wanting to exercise her clinical knowledge and patient communication skills in a more family-based environment she did just that when she returned to our office in 2019 to work alongside her father, Dr. Todd K. Baum. Taylor strives to make dentistry understandable and affordable for every patient. She has completed numerous hours of continuing education in order to equip herself to best serve our patients. Taylor is a devout Catholic who is happily married to her husband Scott of 13 years. Together, they have three beautiful daughters who all play lacrosse. When not in the office Taylor enjoys cheering on her girls from the stands, shopping at Target, watching scary movies, going to craft shows, and decorating her house.
Heidi has been a dental assistant since 2009. She joined Dr. Baum's family-owned practice in 2010 and is now proud to be our lead dental assistant. Her top priority is to provide the best possible experience for our patients and ensure they feel comfortable during their visits to our office. Heidi also enjoys helping our patients understand and implement their treatment plans. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her two children and fiancée, Chris.
Allison graduated from Ross Medical. She joined our practice in July 2022 after completing her externship with our office. Allison's mission as a dental assistant is to help patients feel at home while providing the best possible dental experience. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, kayaking, hiking, swimming, and spending time with her family. She is excited to continue her career as a dental assistant, helping patients achieve a healthy, beautiful smile.
Jordan joined our practice December 2023 as a dental assistant. She strives to give each patient a warm and personable approach. Jordan loves helping other and seeing the smiles of patients transform.In her spare time she likes to fish, camp, cook, and spend time relaxing with her dog and cat.
Amy joined Dr. Baum's family practice in 2002 and has enjoyed being a part of our dental family ever since. The best part of her career has been working with our patients and watching them grow as a family. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and riding her motorcycle. She also enjoys all the volunteer work she does with various groups in the community.
Brittany joined Dr. Baum's family practice in 2015. She received her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from Ferris State University in 2013. Her favorite part of being a registered dental hygienist is helping patients achieve healthier mouths and making them more comfortable during the process. When she is not working, she likes to spend time with her daughter and dogs, as well as outdoor activities.
Linzie joined our team in 2023. She graduated from Okemos and lived up north before settling in Grand Ledge with her boyfriend Tim and their two dogs Theodore and Franklin. Her favorite part about working in the dental profession is interacting and connecting with the patients. While not in the office, she enjoys thrifting, being outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.
Claudia has been in the dental field since 2012 starting out as an assistant. Claudia has a deep passion for dental and finds it very rewarding helping patients have the smoothest dental experience possible. Claudia has recently joined us as part of our administration team. Outside of work, Claudia enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys.
